TrSPECIAL ATPL FOR EMPLOYEES
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
Candidates who do not have any flight training are given all theoretical and flight trainings starting from PPL training to ATPL stage. Our students who successfully complete their education have an ATPL license.
In our special trainings for employees, training is provided at exactly the same time as the Modular Airline Pilot License Training.
In this program, which is special for employees, compensation training and special flight training planning are provided for our students for theoretical trainings that they cannot attend.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
What conditions should you meet to participate in our Special ATPL Courses for Employees?
- AGETo be at least 18 years old
- HEALTH CONDITIONSObtaining 1st class health reports from hospitals authorized by SHGM,
- TRAINING CONDITIONSTo be a high school or equivalent school graduate,
To have an intermediate level of English,
To have knowledge of mathematics and physics at a level that can follow education - OTHER CONDITIONSHaving an appropriate criminal record
TRAINING STEPS
Employee Specific Modular Airline pilot license training consists of 7 stages. Within the scope of this program, our students are entitled to receive the “ATPL” license by completing PPL, ATP Theory, NR, PIC, IR, CPL and ME trainings in the specified order.
PPL (A) ISSUE PILOT LICENSE
DURATION: 4 MONTHS
GROUND TRAINING: 120 HOURS
FLIGHT TRAINING: 46.30 HOURS

Theoretical Education
*Courses are given in Turkish and English.
*It is planned to be at least 125 hours in total over 4 hours a day.
*The trainings are held as evening sessions between 18.00 and 22.30.
*Theoretical trainings are given in our Istanbul Theoretical Training Center.
*Training lasts about 6 weeks.

PPL Theoretical Training Graduation Exam Details
Students who have successfully completed the theoretical education take the multiple-choice theoretical knowledge exam at the DGCA exam center before starting flights.
Students who score 75 or more in the 120-question exam can start flight training.
Flight Training
A total of 45 hours and 15 minutes flight training is planned for the students who have successfully completed the theoretical training.
40 hours and 15 minutes of flight training is given in the aircraft and 5 hours in the simulator.
10 hours and 15 minutes of flight training are performed alone (PIC) and 35 hours are given as dual control flight with the teacher.
If the weather conditions are suitable for the training flight and the pilot candidate does not interrupt the planned flight, 45 hours and 15 minutes of training shall be completed on approximately 45 flight days.
Details of PPL Flight Ability Test
Student pilots who take a valid grade from theoretical knowledge exam and complete their flights take 1 hour 30 minute flight ability test.
The student who has successfully completed the flight aptitude test is entitled to obtain a PPL license with a minimum of 125 hours of theoretical and 46 hours and 45 minutes of flight training in a total of approximately 5 months.
ATP (A) THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION
DURATION: 4 MOUNTH
GROUND TRAINING: 650 HOURS
DETAILS
The aim of this course is to enable the candidates who have not received theoretical knowledge education in integrated courses to reach the level of knowledge at ATPL level. It is a course that allows to take the theoretical courses of airline transport pilot license education by means of digital methods. 90 percent of the theoretical courses, which consist of 14 courses, are given as distance education. Courses are held between 12.00-16.00 / 18.00-22.00 in 2 sessions. Theoretical training consists of 3 parts. When each part is completed, our students are entitled to take the exams held by the DGCA. The examinations of 14 courses are conducted at the DGCA examination centers. 660 hours of the total course hours are seperated as, 50% as digital education (tablet), 40% as virtual classroom (distance) 10% as classroom education

PIC FLIGHT
DURATION: 15 DAY
GROUND TRAINING: 88 HOURS

PIC (Pilot in Command) flights are required to be carried out under the control and responsibility of the students.
Includes 88 hours solo flight.
Flights last about 2 months.
NIGHT (A) NIGHT RATE

Course Objective
18 hours of theoretical training.
It includes 50 hours of flight training, all of which are conducted with the teacher pilot.
The 15-hour flight is performed by aircraft and the 35-hour flight is performed on the FNPT-II simulator in Istanbul.
IR training lasts approximately 2 months.
CPL (A) COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE
DURATION: 1 MONTHS

CPL / IR Control Flight
At the end of 6 stages successfully completed, the students who have passed at least 200 hours of flight and approximately 800 hours of theoretical training are subjected to a 2-hour CPL / IR control flight accompanied by the DGCA examiner.
In the CPL / IR control flight, the successful student continues ME training in order to obtain flight authorization on a multi-engine aircraft.
ME (A) MULTI-ENGINE TRAINING
DURATION: 1 MONTHGROUND TRAINING : 18 HOURS
FLIGHT TRAINING: 13 HOURS

Teorik Eğitim

PPL Teorik Eğitim Bitirme Sınav Detayları
Teorik eğitimini başarıyla tamamlayan öğrencilerimiz uçuşlara başlamadan önce SHGM sınav merkezinde, çoktan seçmeli teorik bilgi sınavına girerler.
İngilizce hazırlanmış 120 sorudan oluşan sınavdan 75 ve üstü puan alan öğrenciler uçuş eğitimine başlayabilirler.
Uçuş Eğitimi
Teorik eğitimini başarıyla tamamlayan öğrencilerimize toplam 47 saat uçuş eğitimi planlanır.
Uçuş eğitiminin 42 saati uçakta, 5 saati ise simülatörde verilmektedir.
Uçuş eğitiminin 10 saat 15 dakikası yalnız (PIC) olarak, 35 saati ise öğretmenle çift kumanda uçuşu (Dual) olarak yapılır.
Hava şartlarının eğitim uçuşuna elverişli olması ve pilot adayının planlanan uçuşu aksatmaması durumunda 47 saatlik eğitim yaklaşık 45 uçuş gününde tamamlanır.
PPL Uçuş Yetenek Testi Detayları
Teorik bilgi sınavından geçerli not alan ve uçuşlarını tamamlayan öğrenci pilotlarımız, 1 buçuk saat uçuş yetenek testine girer.
Uçuş yetenek testini de başarıyla geçen öğrenci pilot yaklaşık 5 ayda toplamda en az 125 saat teorik ve 47 saat uçuş eğitimini tamamlamış olarak PPL lisansı almaya hak kazanır.

Kursun Amacı
Bu kursun amacı; entegre kurslarda teorik bilgi eğitimi almamış adayların ATPL düzeyinde bilgi seviyesine ulaşmalarını sağlamaktır.
Havayolu pilot lisansı eğitiminin teorik derslerini, dijital yöntemler ile uzaktan almaya imkân tanıyan bir kurstur.
14 dersten oluşan teorik derslerin yüzde 90’ı uzaktan verilmektedir.
Dersler 12.00-16.00 / 18.00-22.00 saatleri arasında 2 oturum şeklinde gerçekleşmektedir.
Teorik eğitim 3 bölümden oluşur, her bölüm tamamlandığında, öğrencilerimiz ilgili bölüm derslerinden SHGM tarafından yapılan sınavlara girmeye hak kazanır. 14 dersin sınavları SHGM sınav merkezlerinde yapılmaktadır.

Kursun Amacı
PIC (Sorumlu Pilot) uçuşları, öğrenci kontrol ve sorumluluğunda gerçekleştirilmesi gereken uçuşlardır.
88 saat yalnız uçuşu kapsamaktadır.
Uçuşlar yaklaşık 1 buçuk ay sürmektedir.
Kursun Amacı
Toplam 5 saat süren gece uçuşunu kapsamaktadır.
NR eğitimi yaklaşık 3 gün sürmektedir.
Kursun Amacı
18 saat teorik eğitim verilir.
Tamamı öğretmen pilot ile planlanan, 50 saatlik uçuş eğitimini kapsar.
15 saatlik kısmı uçakta gerçek uçuş olarak, 35 saatlik kısmı İstanbul’da ALSIM ALX250 simülatöründe gerçekleştirilir.
IR eğitimi yaklaşık 1 buçuk ay sürer.
Kursun Amacı
15 saatlik uçuş eğitimini kapsamaktadır.
CPL eğitimi 15 gün sürmektedir.
CPL/IR Kontrol Uçuşu
Başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanan 6 aşama sonunda; en az 200 saat uçuş, yaklaşık 800 saat teorik eğitim alarak sınavlardan başarılı olan öğrencilerimiz, SHGM kontrol pilotu eşliğinde 03:00 saatlik CPL/IR kontrol uçuşuna tabi tutulur.
CPL/IR kontrol uçuşunda başarılı olan öğrenci, çok motorlu uçakta uçuş yetkisi alabilmek için ME eğitimine devam eder.
Kursun Amacı
16 saat teori eğitimi verilmektedir.
10 saatlik uçuş eğitimini kapsamaktadır.
Eğitimler 15 gün sürmektedir.
Eğitim sonunda SHGM kontrol pilotu eşliğinde 03:00 saatlik ME/IR kontrol uçuşu gerçekleştirilir.
7 modülü başarıyla tamamlayan öğrencilerimiz ATPL lisansı sahibi olurlar.
